Accounts and Security
TechCheck does not warrant that the functions contained in the service provided by the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this service or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful components. As part of the registration process, each Patron will select a password. You shall provide TechCheck with accurate, complete, and updated Account information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your Account. You may not (i) select or use a User Name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a name subject to the rights of any other person without authorization. You shall notify TechCheck of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account, or any known or suspected breach of security, or unauthorized disclosure of your password. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. |

This Site is controlled and operated by TechCheck. TechCheck makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in your location. Membership and Billing
By starting your TechCheck membership, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly membership fee in connection with your use of the TechCheck service to the Payment Method you provided during registration. The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership and on each monthly renewal thereafter. All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. If your Payment Method fails, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. |

Termination
You may cancel your membership to TechCheck at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month memberships. To cancel, click the words "Cancel Subscription" on the "My Account" page and confirm your cancellation by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any or no reason at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice, including without limitation if we believe that you are not using the website for what it is intended for. |
